On a Gamestop Application form what do you exactly put on video game / software knowledge?

Im planning to give my local gamestop an application but I kinda got confused on the section where it says video game / software knowledge. Are they asking what you know of the system / software like how is the gameplay or what it is capable of or something deeper such as how to repair etc?

  1. Heather says:

Under video game knowledge, include any system that you know how to plug in the wires, power on and play, with some knowledge of the basic menus. For software knowledge, just put some of your favorite games. This section for the most part isn’t weighed too much when you’re being considered for hire, it’s more important that you have a good ongoing history of working in retail.

It probably means how much you play and know about video games. Customers love to ask employees about the games an platforms they want. It helps if you a major gamer and you know what they want and need.
